i'm exhausted after a very long day of work and a very play-filled weekend. but here is what has made me laugh out loud lately:
(dammit! why is it sideways? i m full of dum.) so, what's funny about this is not that we are driving vertically but that the orange car is a replica of the general lee, with a license plate that reads "hazard." AND it's driven by a little grey-haired man with a grey-haired woman in the passenger seat. AND, when we were in the squirrel hill tunnel, he honked--and the horn was the same as the one on the general lee. i laughed and clapped. totally made my birthday :) (we were on our way to eleven for dinner.)
i have a long blog post to write about the handmade in marriage event that annette and i went to on saturday (for the other blog, not this one), but i am toooo tired. it will have to wait for the weekend or something. i'll just say that annette is one cool chica to hang out with, that the milkshake factory is wonderful, and there are some terrific local indie creatives out there making invitations, dresses, food, favors, and lots more. and lawrenceville and south side are both very fun places to hang out.
