So easy a child can make (and has made) it :) My mother made this nearly every year for us when we were kids, and I've now taught my nephews to make it.
Takes a few minutes to put together, an hour or so of baking time, plus about 45 minutes to cool
1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
one 4-serving box instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 pt. sour cream (I've used reduced-fat, fat-free, and regular)
12-oz. package semisweet chocolate morsels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients with spoon. Bake in tube or Bundt pan for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 45 minutes, then turn out. See how long it takes before it's gone.
