Andy Hutelmyer/All Around Sound

What can I say?  Andy was simply amazing.  He so deserved $200.00 per hour when he only charges 70.  I’ve known Andy for a few years from WYEP where we are both volunteer DJs.  I once saw him doing an outside event shortly after we were engaged and said , “hey, are you interested in doing a wedding?”  When he said yes, I looked no further.  To be honest, I didn’t talk to ANY other DJ, I was that confident in him.  Andy is extremely professional, fun to talk to and so willing to customize your wedding music.  He WANTS you to do music you want, not necessarily what is typical.  Being a DJ myself, I had a huge hand in the selections.  Hank and I made lists of our must play songs and Andy really accommodated all of our requests.  He obtained music that we wanted even if he didn’t have it prior to that.  In addition, I went over the timeline with Andy and he stuck to that timeline to ensure that the night went really smoothly.  He came up to me a few times to remind me that things were coming up in the timeline to make sure I still wanted to go ahead with it at that time.  You don’t realize what an important role your DJ plays aside from playing the music until that night. My advice is to really make sure your DJ knows what is going on and what time.  Your DJ has a big part in making things happen during your reception.  Andy was able to adjust accordingly.  I have to say, that I absolutely loved the stuff Andy played that we didn’t pick out, too. He really took time to pick out other selections that would blend in nicely with what we picked.  I was seriously in the bathroom fighting with my dress layers trying to pee going, “oh my god, I love this song!”  I wanted to dance a lot at the wedding because he kept playing great song after another.  He did get the crowd dancing.  I really loved how he mixed it up for the cocktail hour and dinner.  Guests were raving about him.  People said it was the best ‘wedding’ music mix they ever heard.  Guests I didn’t think would even notice the music were asking, “where did you find him?”  Hank’s parents were raving about him and they usually stick to classical and opera music!  Get in touch with Andy now!  He’s wonderful!
