Advice 5 Cents B&B in Duck, NC - A+

We loved this place. It was adorable and the perfect place for relaxing. They're 3 10ths of a mile from the beach and right near shopping. The innkeepers were very nice and they kept us well fed in the morning and the afternoon snack time. Very, very cute place and a nice experience. It took about 8.5 hours from Pittsburgh on a Monday to get there.

Secrets Excellence Punta Cana

Honeymoon - Secrets Excellence Punta Cana - this place was AWESOME!! We booked through AAA and Apple Vacations and everything was just great. A totally relaxing week in a beautiful, tropical place. It was the perfect honeymoon for us. It was affordable and luxurious! I highly recommend this resort for honeymooners or any couples looking to relax and enjoy.

Gallows Point Resort-St. John, USVI (A+)

We loved Gallows Point Resort.  It is probably the best place I have ever stayed at.  Gorgeous room which was actually an apartment with an amazing panoramic view of St. Thomas and sunsets every night.  St. John is wonderful as well.  It was so beautiful, and I hear its the next best thing to Hawaii.  We would go back there in a heartbeat!

Honeymoon – Secret’s Excellence Rivera Maya – (A+)

The place was so beautiful, and the weather was perfect! Sunny, low 90s, and a light breeze made for beautiful days, and a full moon on the water made for beautiful nights. These people work so hard; the food was incredible, the service fantastic 24/7, and the accommodations and surroundings were breathtaking! The flight was fine and the 2 tours we did (Mayan Ruins and Snorkeling Adventure) were awesome! We hope to go back in the next few years!

Ireland

Honeymoon was very rainy, cold, and windy in Ireland, though it was a beautiful and friendly place to visit. The Clarion Limerick was a nice place to stay with excellent service in a great location--a few glitches here and there (like the maid barging in without knocking--hello?), but overall very good. I will, however, never fly through Philadelphia's airport again, and I'll never check a bag again. Evereverever.
