Clare Lozano (makeup) - A+

Clare is just great and so many of us know that!! She put up with my mom being a pain about lipsticks and colors for me. :) She was great enough to do a second trial for me and the day of my makeup was perfect. I never considered a makeup artist until I got on the knot and I'm thrilled
that I did. Thanks to amiexoxo for having her wedding early so we could both use Clare!! :)

Colazzi's Hair (Kim) - A+

Kim is just awesome. She is a great person and we had fun just chatting through the hours and hours of hair trial and day of hair. My hair took 2.5 hours for the trial and she still only charged me $35 or $40. She listened to everything I wanted and I couldn't have been happier with my hair.Definate recommendation.

Colazzi's Hair - A+

We used Colazzi's for my friends wedding, so this was our 2nd good experience with them. No complaints from anyone and all of the girls looked beautiful.

We bought labels for our DIY programs and hang tags for our favors from myownlabels.com.  They arrived neatly packaged and were just perfect!  The labels came on sheets making them easy to peel and attach.  The hang tags came in bags of ten, with the strings pre-cut and neatly twisted together so they wouldn't get tangled up.  We were SO pleased with our order.

Okay, so the family of an old roommate of mine owns this shop.  It was important for me to support them.  We got our unity candle here. It was so beautiful. Shipping is insane, but I wanted to support my friend’s shop.  I did want to post though, because their shop really is fantastic.  And any girls who live near, or visit the Poconos might want to stop by and check it out!

Ketubah (traditional Jewish marriage contract) - Susan Leviton, Levworks in Harrisburg, PA -  - Susan is an amazing artist and she hand made an amazing piece of artwork for us. She took all my hazy suggestions and custom made something that I will treasure forever. She was expensive but worth it!

I ordered a personalized t-shirt from them to wear after the wedding. Their website was very easy to navigate and offered a wide variety to choose from. I had my shirt within 1 week of my order and it was perfect! I chose a sized based on bra size rather than usual shirt size. Be sure to look at both charts to get an accurate size idea. I couldn't be happier with the result.

Embroidered Handkerchief (ebay store Linen Classics)

Since my mom was walking me down the aisle, I wanted to get her something little to commemorate the occasion.  I knew my mom would need a hankie..after all, it was an emotional occasion!  I ordered from an ebay store called Linen Classics (ebay seller mainemomof4) and was really happy with the product I received.  She has a ton of different designs, colors, monograms, etc.  You can customize the wording, color of embroidery, whatever you want.  It came perfectly pressed for presentation which was all that I wanted as I was tucking this into another gift.  She includes a card with the hankie, but I had my own to use.  There is no fancy boxing or poem included for the one I ordered, but she might offer something like that on other items.  I was really happy with this product. 

Chinese Takeout Containers (www.papermart.com)

After ordering them from Papermart, I realized I didn’t get the best price, but their service was good.  The boxes were for the cookie table (quart size) and were a big hit!  I attached a tag to the cookie boxes with the history of the cookie table since most of our guest were from out of town and had never experienced such a thing!  Papermart also has a huge variety of other types of bags, boxes (gift, bakery, jewelry) but you usually have to buy in pretty large quantities.

Pashminas (ebay seller: ZenJen)

I ordered 4 light gray/silver pashminas for my BMs as part of their present and then ordered a wine one for me!  The girls loved them, used them (it was warm during the day but chilly at night) and I used mine too.  In fact, I’ve used it many, many times since the wedding!  They are a great quality, very soft and I plan to purchase more for myself and others!
